Meh, I didn't like how it looked originally, so I used some filters on Photoshop to spiff it up a bit.
This was based on a chapter from a collection of Tokka fanfics about how Toph bought the tasseled Fire Nation headband because Sokka suggested it. I don't remember the fic but if you do please tell me and I will give them credit.
