If anyone is wondering why Triss and Luna can talk, Luna is a psychic type, and is thus using telepathy while Triss is one of the few species of Pokemon capable of using Aura, which includes communicating by using it. She is also the most fluffy and cuddly pokemon amg Everyone should have a Togekiss, seriously /;v;
